Service scope
NervaKids provides an online platform that helps parents understand and organize child-development concerns through initial non-diagnostic screening, educational content, online sessions, development plans, support workflows and progress reports.
No medical diagnosis
The platform does not provide medical, psychiatric or psychological diagnosis and is not a replacement for licensed medical care, hospitals or in-person clinical assessment. Screening outputs and reports are guidance indicators only.
Eligibility and accounts
The service may be used by adults, parents, guardians and lawful representatives. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us if unauthorized access is suspected.
Acceptable use
You must not upload unlawful, harmful or privacy-infringing content; attempt unauthorized access; misuse the system; interfere with service availability; or use the service in a way that harms a child or another person.
Intellectual property
Texts, designs, educational materials, tools, interfaces and logos are owned by or licensed to NervaKids. They may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without written permission.
Bookings and sessions
Session availability depends on specialist schedules. Sessions may be delivered through secure third-party video links. The guardian is responsible for a suitable internet connection and appropriate child environment.
Payments
Prices, packages, taxes and fees are displayed at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and may also be subject to their terms.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, misuse, non-payment, risk to a child or others, or threats to platform security.
Limitation of liability
NervaKids uses reasonable professional care but does not guarantee a specific outcome or improvement. We are not responsible for decisions taken outside the scope of our guidance or for failures caused by internet or third-party providers.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Egyptian law. Competent Egyptian courts shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
