School or Nursery Sharing Consent

Sharing scope

If a guardian requests sharing with a school or nursery, NervaKids will share only the information approved by the guardian and needed to support the child in the education environment.

Information shared

Sharing may include a brief recommendation summary, follow-up notes, a simplified support plan or a cooperation request. Sensitive data or full files will not be shared unless necessary and expressly approved.

Withdrawal

The guardian may withdraw consent for future sharing at any time. Withdrawal does not affect lawful sharing already completed before withdrawal.
