Introduction
This Policy explains how NervaKids / Nerva Online Child Development Ecosystem handles personal data and child-related data submitted through https://nervakids.com and the related user portals. NervaKids is designed as an online child-development guidance platform. It does not provide medical diagnosis or emergency services.
Controller and contact

Data we collect
We may collect parent/guardian data such as name, phone number, email address, country, language, payment status, communications and support records. We may collect child-related data such as first name or nickname, age or date of birth, developmental concerns, screening answers, uploaded files, professional notes, plans and approved reports.
Why we use data
We use data to create accounts, operate the child journey, provide non-diagnostic guidance, arrange sessions, manage payments and invoices, provide support, maintain quality, protect the platform, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Legal basis
Processing is based on guardian consent, service performance, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the platform, and legal compliance where applicable. For child data and sensitive information, explicit guardian consent is required before processing or sharing.
Children’s data
Children may not create independent accounts or provide data directly. Child profiles must be created and managed by a parent, guardian or lawful representative. If we learn that child data was submitted without proper consent, we may suspend the account or delete the data after verification.
Files and videos

Sharing
We may share data only where necessary with platform specialists, hosting and storage providers, payment providers, email or messaging providers, professional reviewers, or legal/regulatory authorities. We do not sell user or child data.
International transfers
Some providers may store or process data outside Egypt. Such transfers will be carried out with appropriate safeguards and, where required, licenses, approvals or other legal mechanisms under Egyptian data protection rules.
Retention
Data is retained for as long as the account is active, as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, comply with accounting or legal duties, or protect rights. Deletion or correction may be requested subject to legally required retention.
User rights
A guardian may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, objection to certain processing, or a copy of relevant data, subject to applicable law and verification.
Security
We use access controls, passwords, audit logs, protected download links and reasonable technical safeguards. No electronic system is completely secure. Users must keep login credentials confidential.
Updates
We may update this Policy when the service, technology or law changes. The latest update date appears at the top. Continued use after publication of an update means acceptance unless the law requires a fresh consent.
