Individual sessions
A session may be rescheduled if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. Late cancellation or no-show may result in the session being counted.
Packages
A package starts when the service is activated, a first session is booked, or package materials are opened, whichever comes first. Cancellation and refund requests are assessed based on use, sessions delivered, materials accessed and applicable fees.
Refunds
Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method or another method determined by the platform, after deducting used services and non-refundable charges where applicable.
Technical failures
If NervaKids cannot provide the service due to a platform-side technical error, we may reschedule, provide service credit, or refund the affected amount depending on the case.
Consumer rights
This Policy does not limit any mandatory rights available to consumers under Egyptian law.
